This page describes what Archery Assist can do today and how archers and coaches can talk to the system using WhatsApp.
1) Join & Get Approved
Onboard to Your Club
Users must join an organization, share their name, and pick a role before anything else. Approval is required by an org admin/coach.
JOIN YourOrgCode— Submit the club’s join code.my name is Keshav Kumar— Set full name.role archerorrole coach— Pick your role.
After both name and role are provided, the membership stays pending until an org admin or system owner approves it.
2) Log Training in Plain English
Arrow Volume
Approved archers can log arrows conversationally. Examples:
I shot 120 arrows today80 arrows yesterday at 70m30 arrows 2 days ago at 60m201 on 15/11/2025 at 70 meters
Distances like Blank Bail are supported (send “blank bail” instead of a number).
3) Check Your Own Volume
Archer Self-Queries
Active archers can ask for their own totals:
my volume todaymy volume this weekhow many arrows did I shoot between 10/11/2025 and 20/11/2025?my volume this week at 60m— Filter by distance.
4) Coach / Admin Reports
Per-Archer Volume
Approved coaches and org admins can query athletes they manage:
report volume for John Doe todayreport volume for John Doe this week at 60mreport volume for John Doe between 10/11/2025 and 20/11/2025
System owners can approve anywhere; coaches can only approve archers.
Roster & Messaging
Basic roster and communication tools within an organization:

5) Scores & Competitions
Practice Scores
Active archers can log practice scores with distance and round type:

Competition Scores
Capture competitive rounds with event names:

6) Fixing Mistakes (Soft Delete)
Delete Recent Logs
Users can remove their own recent entries (last 30 days):
