Archery Assist is a free, volunteer-run initiative for logging archery training sessions using WhatsApp. The service is not a commercial product, and it does not sell access, subscriptions, or advertisements.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Archery Assist, you agree to:

• Use the system primarily for logging archery training or related activities.
• Not use it for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Respect other participants (coaches, athletes, and volunteers).

3. No Warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because this is a volunteer project, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Perfect accuracy of summaries or reports.
• That data will always be preserved or retrievable.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archery Assist and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. Data Responsibility

You remain responsible for the information you send via WhatsApp to the system. If you enter incorrect data, the summaries and reports may also be inaccurate.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially if required for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. Access may be limited or revoked in case of misuse.
