Archery Assist is a volunteer-run, non-commercial WhatsApp-based training log built for archers and coaches. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as possible while providing useful training summaries and tools.

• Messages you send to the system (training logs, arrow counts, notes, simple commands).
• Your WhatsApp phone number (required to interact with the bot).
• Timestamps of messages for training history.

We do not intentionally collect:

• Advertising or tracking IDs.

3. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Record training sessions and arrow volume.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
• Enable coaches (where configured) to view training patterns.
• Maintain basic system performance and reliability.

Training logs may be retained as long as you or your club are actively using the service. If you stop using the system, logs may be kept for a period for analysis and support, unless you request deletion.

7. Your Choices & Deletion

You may request removal of your training history by contacting us. After verifying your identity, we will make reasonable efforts to delete associated records.
